About Siân

Trained in Industrial and Product Design, my education combined both physical and digital design disciplines. That foundation shaped how I think today: in systems, in structure, and in how things are actually used.

 

Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked across startups and scale-ups from HR tech to AI search, leading design across SaaS products. I’m most energised when defining direction, aligning disciplines, and turning complex problems into clear, scalable experiences.

 

Creativity has always been part of who I am. I bring that instinct into my work; not as decoration, but as a way to reframe problems, explore better paths, and build products that feel thoughtful and deliberate.​
